Kaden's Christmas Program

Kaden's Christmas program at his preschool was tonight. He did a really good job. Especially since there were so many kids and so much going on. And he's 3... : )

More Holiday Happenings

We went to the Winter Wonderland with a group of women and their kids on Sat. They had lots of lights to look at, a playground, campfires, and a manger scene with live animals.

Kaden and I made Christmas cookies. I think that he actually managed to get a few of the sprinkles on the cookies instead of the floor...

Christmas Activities

We've had a lot going on lately which is nice since it makes time go by a little faster. : ) We went with our friends Ashlynn and Becky to the parade down at the oceanfront. I took Kaden to a Christmas party at Jamie's command. Kaden got to see Santa and even get an early Christmas present. Of course we got our Christmas tree put and this year we absolutely "had" to have a train to go around the tree.

We went trick or treating with Alyssa and Ashlynn. They got so much candy they had to dump their bucket in the wagon and fill up again! As you can see, Kaden went as a green dragon again this year. I never did convince him to get a different costume for this year. He'll have to next year because it barely fit this second time around.

Scarecrow Day at Preschool

To celebrate Fall, we had Scarecrow Day at preschool. Everyone dressed up as scarecrows and we even made scarecrows.

School Pictures

Kaden had school pictues today at his preschool. I had to have my own shots because he looked so stinkin cute!

Pumpkin Carving

We carved Kaden's pumpkin last night that he got from the pumpkin patch. I tried to get him to clean out all of the pulp, but not a chance! At least he didn't have his Aunt throwing it on him this year! : )

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the pumpkin patch yesterday. They had all kinds of things to do for kids: rides, games, a petting farm, jumpy houses, pony rides, and of course, pumpkins.

Kaden's First Sleepover

Kaden had his first sleepover last weekend. He went and spent the night with his friend, Ashlynn, so daddy and I could go out to eat at The Melting Pot. He had so much fun.

Kaden and I made pumpkin cookies. Kaden was in charge of the sprinkles. I think that he ate more then what ended up on the cookies. He is so my child!

Great Wolf Lodge

We went to Williamsburg to the Great Wolf Lodge for a few days. It was so nice. I guess that there's several of them around the U.S. so if there's one near you, you should definitely go. There's so much for families to do!!

They have an indoor water park so you don't have to worry about the weather!
Kaden trying to drown his dad!

They have a putt-putt/rock climbing place. Kaden played, I think 3 out of the 18 holes, but it was the first time he'd ever played. I, of course, won by 15 strokes!

Loving Presents in the Mail!

Kaden got a package in the mail from his Aunt Suzanne and was soooo excited to open it. Unfortunately he had to wait an extra day to open it because he happened to receive a "red note" from his teacher at preschool the same day that the package arrived. Yes, my perfect baby : ) had to be put in time out at school for making noises and not stopping when he was told to quit, and then for pushing a girl in line. His day got worse after I picked him up. Anyway, when he finally got to open his package he was excited to see that it contained tons of pumpkin things which he loves.

Helping Out Dad

Kaden helped out his Dad by washing the tires:
